Butt Welder Docking Station
The Wire Wizard® Butt Welder Docking Station features all the required tools for butt welding wire ends together with the Non-Stop® Wire Dispensing System. The station includes durable wheels for easy mobility and it adapts to the front of the Non-Stop® stand to complete a fully integrated system. Compatible with solid or cored ferrous metal wires up to .078 (2mm) in diameter (not compatible with non-ferrous/aluminum wire).
Tools Included:
- Resistance Butt Welder (110v US or 220v European models available)
- Wire Parters for cutting flush wire ends prior to joining
- Wire Gage Block for checking the wire diameter to ensure a smooth wire feed – includes checking gages for .035, .045, .052 and .062 wire
Sold Separately: Wire Sizer for removing the burr in the welded joint (specify wire size when ordering)
